Reborn

This time life was given to me in such a way,

Like to a dying man another day,

And I decided to live it my way,

For as long as I was gonna stay!!

I felt my breathe at a slow pace,

Some soft breeze brushing through my face,

The same air was then inhaled by a tree,

Flowing through all that life is yet so free!!

I saw the sun shining bright,

And the dark clouds on the other side,

Forming a seven coloured bow in between,

Like another dimension of light to be seen!!

I sensed the waves running through my feet,

One after the other as they recede,

Dissolving back into the sea,

Defining its truest form oneness to be!!

I wondered, do we live just to die???

Is it the limit of the eye or the sky??

Holding up all that is with such a grace,

I could then simplify is nothing but the empty space!!

A lesson was learnt from all around,

To be free and not be bound,

For I was the creator and the creation,

The only source for my own liberation!!

I felt beholden by almighty,

To make myself so mighty,

That I rose like a fire beyond and above,

To be nothing less than love!!

I chose to find my lost self,

To become everything but no self,

And when I went beyond my skin,

The love I longed for was found within!!
